Data sources
Everything on onduty.cy comes from an official or open source. Here is what they are and how we use them.
Pharmacy duty rota
Each district's rota is published by the Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of Health on data.gov.cy under CC BY 4.0. We download it automatically every morning before 08:00 and again at midday.
Pharmacy register
Names, addresses, phone numbers and registration numbers come from the official Private Pharmacies Register in the same dataset. Pharmacists' personal phone numbers are never published.
Maps and directions
Map positions are based on OpenStreetMap. A pin is shown only when the address is located exactly. Directions open in Google Maps with the official address.
Holidays, hospitals and emergency numbers
Public holidays follow the official calendar of the Republic of Cyprus. Hospitals and emergency numbers come from official government and State Health Services Organisation (OKYpY) pages.
How it is checked
Before anything goes live, we check automatically that every district is present and the details are complete. If a day's list is missing, we show a notice and a link to the official source, never old data.
